Couple of more links below that take a second to watch. It really isn't anything like Verb. It's an ad where you can swap out content dynamically. Kind of like the gas stations that change their price on a sign without having to go outside and put up new numbers.
The video isn't interactive. Likely, like most ads, click anywhere on the ad to be whisked away to their site to buy. Friction.

These are as clunky as yt ads
As charles posted a few down. Price tag on TikTok is $30B and they have 100M US monthly users with about 50M daily users.
The number of Verb users is nothing to sneeze about and an attractive aspect for institutional investors. Remember the days of 20K users?
Plus Verb native videos can be longer than 15 seconds and you don't have to string them together
Market cap of less than $100M for a company that is in one of the hottest upcoming spaces.
