Yeah, I watched that video too. They are using Adobe After Effects and that is definitely not a program for the everyday user.
You can pay an editor anywhere from $350 - $1000 a day to create those interactive videos. Oh and not to mention the $49.99 a month that you need to pay for the Adobe creative cloud to use the After Effects software.
Or you can just pay Verb, what like $24.99 a month or something.
