I've said many times that otc does not allow promotion- which they can interpret as any newspaper publication- unless a co is at least pink current -now that the co is dealing with the typical attack any good company receives from whistleblowers with an agenda (sometimes they are part of a shorting cartel) thats a possible reason for removal of publications on web site -not removal of

also theres a new sec rule 12c11 from memory working its way thru the rulemaking process that i've been watching for some time that will not even allow quotes for companies unless they are pink current - right now such prohibition is limited to gray stocks and skull and bones
a political move to eliminate low pennies began in 2009 as i've noted many times - otc and i'm sure finra and sec would like to require everybody be at least pink current and they've instituted several steps to that end ever since 2009 which i've written about here over the years
