We've diluted 700m shares with another 2m, which comes out to approx .3%. With yhe SP at $5.00, that equates to 1.5 cents. Prepare for the bottom to drop out to about $4.98.5, before likely resuming the climb upward after the shock subsides. We keep all-important cash on hand torun the business until the revenue starts rolling in, hopefully in a month or two. The $3.40 price is hopefully a weighted monthly average price that will increase in coming months to reduce the number of shares needed to repay the $28.5m loan. Nothing to worry about.
