Excellent share structure. I don't pump stocks. I just do research and this one has been a shell with verified share structure for quite some time.
Still waiting for SEC to enforce/put into force Final Rule -- Is it 2 Months, 6 Months or 2 years? Already been over 2 months.
Nobody knows. They drag their feet as it is with the current delinquent filers often suspending AFTER the stock had a pump.
