Clearly someone is trying to run this with a $35K bid up again at .0001 - seen on a quite a few days since the .0001 ask was bought out.
Keep watching it at all times - any "just-in-time" loaders will have to be really quick to get any .0002s if they start getting bought up 10M / 25M / 50M at a time as has been happening on pretty much every previously dormant OTC stock in the .0001 > .0003 range over the last few weeks.
