Once we become profitable I believe a special dividend may be a smart move for the following reasons:
1. Rewards investors, some have been invested for years
2. Will get rid of outstanding warrants, due to investors wanting to receive the dividend.
3. The dividend will in effect be subsidized by the massive warrant conversion.
4. May start a short squeeze which will drive the stock price higher
5. Enable the company to pay off the debt with equity as opposed to cash if stock price goes above $10.00
