Well assuming we get an EUA, we will need to scale up production. Hopefully the government can help, and hopefully Samsung can move some things around in their production schedule.

I assume if not, we would work with the government to bring additional manufactures online in an expedited manner.

I also think they should be searching for production overseas, and use it to provide product oversees. (I would think that it would be easier to bring on manufacturing that doesnt need FDA approval)

Lastly, skip the dividend. As much as I would like to see that check come in the mail, the smart thing to do is reinvest every penny of it. Buy more product, eliminate debt, fund the other trials, and buy back shares.
