Charles, if Verb is on a trend to capture anywhere close to 5% of Outlook users I would imagine Microsoft would negotiate with Verb to make it available to all Outlook users as part of their 365 subscription (i.e. Microsoft would pay Verb a handsome chunk of dough), or...
Microsoft would just buy Verb outright.
