Well, now we know the answer to my question about the $5M...it has not been paid yet. Story of everything around GNBT/NGIO and this management team. Yes, it appears this is an issue with registration of the new company in China. I don't recall it saying in the original 8K that the $5M was not being paid until the Joint entity was established. But again, we don't get all the details in GNBT/NGIO 8ks. Heck look at this 8K, as simple as it was, they still had to issue an amended 8K/A hours later. They can't seem to get anything right on the first try/filing.
