Thanks... I'm a teacher and equate what was announced two days ago, filling phase 3, as like a kid coming into class saying they did their homework. Ummm... thank you... you are supposed to do your homework. I guess I'm the market you get a mini jump when you do the things you are supposed to do.

Can't imagine what would happen with any future good news... each one of those is like a 100% on a test. Time to party.
