Just for the record and my curiosity as a shareholder in both, what is/are the comparison metric(s) here being based on? Revenue? Sales? Profit? Discounted future cash flows? Potential markets and sizes? Indications? Irked shareholders? Lawsuits? Missed timelines? Shady fund raising? Caricature CEOs? I haven’t yet gotten an apples to apples vibe from the back and forth given these are wildly different companies beyond being biotech.
