The best prove of performance is the past two years !! Unfortunately expectations not met due to poor planning, inexperience and bad decisions resulting in costly conversions and litigation. Would have been better to sell stock and hire experienced well-connected Management. It's very difficult to trust anything released .....PR's, CEO roadshows etc !! Just listen ...again...to one of the exciting interviews back in Jan ....almost one year ago !!

Regardless if any future success it's difficult to trust Joe, his blurry vision continues to raise many questions. Always an excuse .....his job is to spin the poor results. How about a "no spin zone" and just release the facts !!
Valuation?? AE37 recruitment status?? Altucell acquisition target date?? Nasdaq listing GNBT/NGIO??
Upfront payments received?? How many deals turned into litigation, note conversion , unexpected dividend payout??
