Either Cytodyn doesn't realize the EO is officially in effect or maybe there is some other red tape that is needed. I hope it's the latter and not the former. Also, I don't think the date was "amended" in any way. Where did it say Jan 1? I tried clicking the CNN link on Cytodyn's website but the link is broken now.
