Yes, that is correct. Once Senator and one Rep must agree. You will get that on varying points. They will go debate for an hour or two, they'll whip out the ole' Constitution, then they will vote as a full Senate and House.
Romney, Murkowski, Collins, Thune and two or three others who have already acknowledged Biden as President-elect will not attempt to shit on the Constitution. Even if for some reason they do, and the Senate votes to overturn (they won't), the House will vote not to overturn and it'll fall back on the Federal law in the Constitution.
Damn that document and democracy, it always wrecks a good coup attempt!
This last ditch effort isn't a longshot, it's a no shot.
