Yes, I read it. I'm just trying to understand the possible reasons for the removal. Is "wrong company" the only option, or could it be because it has recently been resolved?
Since it said NGIO is also named in the suit, is it possible that it actually belonged there, when it was an active suit?
If it was resolved, and that is why it was removed, could it have been removed for that reason with the discussion of the resolution coming in the next Q (if it was resolved recently)?
