Yup, we get sued by everyone, even companies we purchased with inflated stock. Then we paid the CEO of Pantheon a HUGE monthly salary, guaranteed for 12-18 months, only to have no revenues from them. There is a pattern here...

The complaint alleges that the Company breached an Asset Purchase Agreement. The Company intends to vigorously defend the case.
