There's always another virus down the road. As long as animals are kept in filthy conditions, confined in human areas and used for food (the so-called "wet markets" being the worst example, but not the ONLY example) -- there are going to be new viruses that arise.
This is why TREATMENTS are so much more important than vaccinations.
Now we hear of a new mutation in the COVID virus that seems to be even more contagious. What if the vaccine doesn't work on it? Then what?
The stupidity of pulling the BARDA funding for TREATMENTS so the government could focus on vaccines -- staggering disregard for human life. If Brilacidin and CYDY's Leronlimab had gotten funding, they both could be approved by now and at least tens of thousands of people would not have died.
