Interesting PTOI development. PTOI is still trying

First of all, the property was purchased for CAD130,000 a decade ago and the buildings are ten years older now. Maybe there's some inflation to offset that...but CAD450,000 seems way overpriced. Still better than the $1M original listing.
Bigger point regarding the oil in the tanks which I've mentioned before: PTOI is offering to sell the property with a $100k holdback if a buyer wants the Juicy Juice removed from the tanks. My guess is that the oil, for lack of a better word, was worthless even before it sat for years. The cost of removing 1M liters of hazardous waste may not be cheap. Maybe $0.40/liter for disposal??
If anybody wants to buy the property with Mr. Heddle's promise to remove the oil for only a $100k holdback, They're going to find themselves receiving the $100k money but still having 1M liters of hazardous waste because Mr. Heddle isn't going to remove it.
My guess is that the Juicy Juice in the tanks makes the property a net liability but that Mr. Heddle is holding out for a sucker.
