Hawks...this is the way I see things and probably many people. Judges have exhausted themselves and some hat his guts regardless of party. After 4 years of mouth that alone would shy me away from really sticking my a$$ out there. Right wrong indifferent who with power would back him since respect has been very very slim since he was elected. Heck no one thought he had a chance period.

So the complexities and psychological aspects of the human mind is no different than when a President tries to get public opinion to start an invasion like we did in Iraq. There probably isn't enough couple with the past damage Trump has cried and kicked his feet. Regardless lets say he is right. The public is basically tired of watching this so holding the public strength seems to have failed verses the recent event of all the red states that backed Texas. Even those states most like figured it isn't going to fly with the SC as to the narrowed point of a needle.
So if the ballots are forensically looked at then that is that. On the same token with all that has transpired back and forth if he is given that chance for that type of look at all the ballots and regardless of win or lose what do all the people do that have been watching all this.
So look at he dosen't get that chance and pulls the cord on the "Insurrection Act" and he is proven wrong again. Mind you if he did that someone will die in the streets and he had better not be wrong if he does pull the cord. People will die even if he is right but that is different than if he is wrong about the election.
Now again? this all sucks which everyone know but we need to figure pout how to deal with this. It can't wait after 4 more years.
At 12 noon January 20th Biden will be come President regardless if he is sworn in at 1 pm. And at that same moment Trump is out.
Trump must stop January 6th somehow some way but his a$$ will be grass if he is wrong.
