Jeff..they..(govt).. are throwing money like drunken sailors at a REMEDY..any remedy to stop the bleeding..it's 1.2 Million vials at this point..2 doses ..equates to 600,00 thousand people..period..the field is VAST...the ramping I believe is already in play..
