It's both a matter of degree and a matter of who and how many are doing what.
H. Biden is not the president. And there is nothing he is accused of on the scale of attempting to blackmail Ukraine to get dirt on J. Biden.
Additionally we're talking about the larger extended family of the PRESIDENT.
We're also talking about completed legal proceeding that fined Trump for his BS University and disbanded his fraudulent FAMILY Foundation, VS accusations.
"All you've got with H. Biden is the usual righty extra-legal 'lock him up'. "....IS the tack used by several posters on this board who want to cut to the chase, legal niceties be damned, RE any Dem accused of anything. You HAVE read posts like that here, many times, and nary an objection from you.

No, that is not my problem. I don't know and neither do you, and that statement undercuts you claim about not wanting H. Biden locked up.
If the crimes are on the scale you BELIEVE that they are, you going to be happy worth a plea deal? I won't be, and that's the difference between double and single standards.
