It's both a matter of degree and a matter of who and how many are doing what.
H. Biden is not the president. And there is nothing he is accused of on the scale of attempting to blackmail Ukraine to get dirt on J. Biden.
Additionally we're talking about the larger extended family of the PRESIDENT.
We're also talking about completed legal proceeding that fined Trump for his BS University and disbanded his fraudulent FAMILY Foundation, VS accusations.

If the crimes are on the scale you BELIEVE that they are, you going to be happy worth a plea deal? I won't be, and that's the difference between double and single standards.
