"Just a Quick update.
I know that I'm getting a lot of emails from our shareholders, so I will try to respond "globally" to as many questions as possible.
First of all, I do realize that you cannot see our progress in our deals, and therefore, some of you may think that we are not moving forward.
So that is why, when available and appropriate, I will add small bits of news and updates.
Now, please realize, that while we do and try to be as transparent as we can, some information has to wait for the full release.
In the past, the information release limitations were mostly focused on "deal" related issues and time frame for the deal closures.
However, now, we have tremendous pressure and in fact demand for respecting "privacy", and other such issues.
Most of you may or may not realize that as soon as any names and or contact information becomes "public", then the people who are negative against our interests and mean to do harm to our company and/or intend to interfere with whatever deal we are attempting to do, then they start to intimidate and "harass" all who is involved .
On the "good side", that means longer turn around times and more professional fees, on the "bad side", more agitation with hostilities and sometimes "a deal breaker" .
So, although our management, our companies and myself are in what they call: "good standing" with all the regulatory agencies and service providers, its just a waste of time and energy. So we keep things confidential to protect the deal from useless distractions.
Now for the good stuff!
We secured all the domicile and state documents as well as the Registered Agents for the acquisition company.
Yes it is "publicly traded" so just the market cap alone is a great addition to our portfolio.
We are also working with our TA, the good coincidence, he is also a TA for one of our companies.
And finally, we secured all the intellectual properties and domains, email address etc...
So, lets enjoy a great weekend! (I know I will since a big milestone was just finished).

Just FYI, the plan is to have everything done and filed before the end of this year (only a few weeks left)..."
