I'm not sure and I just don't see anyone pulling that off? I have mixed signals about what we have read.
It sounds like Trump could basically override the vote out come or hold it in lingo. Reasoning interference fraud etc. My thoughts would be if so you would not gamble congress NOT overturning what appears on the actual vote for Biden on January 6th. Once congress votes and choose Biden Trump didn't allow the backup proof to stand on its own merit. If the Act can't stand on its own merit why wait and take a gamble.
In short if I was that sure that I can proof my mouth with real proof and enough true proof not nickle dime BS truth then I would pull that Act prior to the vote and have it stand on it's own merit not take a chance that Congress would still vote for Biden.
Now if it were a tie or not enough actual votes for either one?
Anyways so much crap has been thrown it does need to settle.
Now if none of that is the general process flow and it is like this > That Congress Electoral vote for Trump instead of Biden then Trump might need to do the Insurrection Act due to unrest? or some type of physical take over?
