1. Incelldx’s RO test was never denied by the FDA. CYDY has never provided proof of that besides an offhand comment by NP. The CC regarding the HIV RTF made no mention of an issue with the RO test despite NP stating that he’d explain to shareholders exactly what the FDA wanted.
2. This RO test is the exact same test that was developed in July of 2019. This is not a new test.
3. Let’s hope CYDY comes to their senses and uses this test instead of wasting time and expenses to develop another one.
