That is only baby steps and doubt anything will change. I will say if there is any "real effort" in a take over and the supreme court is a where then that would be the only way I see the Justices making damn sure it doesn't happen right now.
I must say I don't see the court favoring Trump unless there is a true take over of our country in the manner that has been indicated. And if not the court will not hand Trump a penny that it isn't forced to do.
