I personally agree with much of your post Pokey. I don't pretend to defend Joe or all of his decisions. And I certainly cannot defend his actions on this board on several occasions this year.
If this company rises up to where it could/should be in the next year or so (part of which will be due to the science and the Team, and part of which will be to Joe's credit), maybe the BOD will have an opportunity and have the draw/funds to attract a leader that can then take us to that next level.
I simply don't think that is an option right now. So we need to move forward with the hand we've been dealt.
