Understand your blatherings, I do not. As they say, these boards offer opinions. It is very useful to post facts though, agreed. I think my point still stands though, that I do not agree with you that a possible excuse or reason behind failing to successfully audit and file the 10K for RFMK has anything to do with the OTC costs which are a mere few hundred dollars. If the company needs to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars by way of dumping millions of shares into the market anytime there is a run in the stock just to pay a few hundred dollars to file with the OTC then I should think the math just does not add up, though I have no charts or spreadsheets to prove this theory.
