We secured the major items and points of the deal, and it seems that the end of the year and the holidays seem to make people feel better and want to close the deals before the year end!
We did not disclose all the details because of the constant attacks from the "negative people" and added distractions. That seem to work, because we are closing BEFORE the year end."
