We are having a great success in closing our deal.

I just got back from visiting with the acquisition prospects, and got that part finished with the SOS WY securing the corporation.

A lot of you are asking why we have not released all the details, so I'll give you a hint or two.

First of all, with this age of "social network" and all the media, our clients, and prospects get attacked by all the bashers and that tends to slow down our deals.

In todays media world, we want to ensure that the major points of the deal are done, and that at least filings and state registrations are complete.

Otherwise, the distractions alone can kill the momentum.

So at least for now, I've secured the major shares block, got on board with SOS WY and almost done with their management...

So, the game's a foot!"
