The president of the Philippines and it's FDA is in concert with the USA and has a politically relaxed attitude towards EUA in his country....he is providing an invitation to all players with a prescribed plan...as I have mentioned before he needs a political Win for his population of over 109 million people and counting....his other drug policies although nationally positive..bring the ire of Human Rights into play...
