NP said CYDY is waiting for the recent EUA policy that the President of the Phillippines approved to go into effect before they apply for EUA. He alluded that CYDY will file for EUA in the Phillippines even if the data from the S/C trial is not available. Personally, I say they wait for the S/C data, but if NP believes they can get approval on the EIND and M2M data, go for it.
