Number1, if the Mayo Clinic in Arizona is part of the CD12 trial, I would really like to hear about it. My sister in law runs an ICU there. I wrote her some months ago to tell her about Leron, and her response, of course, was silence. In general this is what I get from the doctors and epidemiologists I know. If I were to write them about an especially good kind of cinnamon I got from the West Indies, I would hear back; but a new drug, never. It's the epistolary equivalent of the dinnerparty gambit where you lead with hey doc I've got this terrible pain in my FILLINORGANNAME... They just don't want to hear it, would probably prefer if I farted, or, even better, rocked my chair back and fell on the floor. Which of course I do, at times.
But maybe if Mayo is part of the trial, I can get her to pay attention.
Or course I can always rock my chair and fall. Better odds.
