$GLSI = GP2 peptide
$GNBT = AE37 peptide
AE37 is unique in stimulating CD4 T cells as well as CD8 for a far longer lasting effect. E75 and GP2 ctl CD8 only. AE37 was looked at to be a combo approach to make them stronger. The AE37 combo vaccine from 2008 was AE37 as a doublet peptide with GP2. Early work by COL George Peoples wanted to do the same for E75. But Generex is studying a better approach with Keytruda. I’m sure if they pony up enough money Joe would let them license to try, but checkpoint inhibitors etc is the more realistic path. Jmho
