The first thing that caught my eye was the 175 million shares. 10 or more best buds decided they were going to invest large sums of money in a small biotech? Maybe those investors never even met and one bribed the secretary at Cytodyn for the investor list so they'd have a activist clique. I guess anything is possible. Then comes the question, why would they feel the need to release it publicly?
