I can see that you wouldn’t see the letter as a negative thing. Your not a fan of Nader as it is.
The negativity of the letter is to create doubt in the management of the company. This will for sure make investors jumpy and is a direct slam on Nader and Cytodyn. I am surprised you couldn’t see that. Or chose to not see it. Out of respect for this board I will drop this conversation. Only to watch and see if I need to actually make phone calls in the morning to Finra.org.
I have talked to them personally in the past. Because I take screen shots of the short attack phony press releases that are posted then removed. I have sent these screen shots directly to Finra.org so they could have the evidence of the short attack. I have done this more than a few times. Someone has to protect our investment. I take it real personal when the short attacks happen. If we all took it as personal maybe the laws would change and regulators would be funded more so that a regulatory agency has large teeth. How the world usually works is the squeaky wheel gets the grease... I am that squeaky wheel and follow through with what I say.
