"we are where we are " .... C'mon........the question is how did we get here !! At some point Joe should step down and look for a solid replacement. Joe can still work and organize in the background but the face of the company needs to have credibility and experience to attract BIG MONEY!!
Imagine running a mutual fund and you have been watching this company since 2018......today the leadership of GNBT approaches you and presents a plan that requires let's say 25mil to move forward ........ great story and favorable terms in stock and timeline ........are you willing to sign the check or require some results and prove your business plan is accurate?? This imo applies to any public company not just GNBT/NGIO. Leadership will get credit but also needs to recognize poor performance and make adjustments if necessary.
