You insist on giving trump credit where none is do. The only smart move was to listen to the science and implement national measures to curtail the spread of the virus.
He didn't do that and he actively, loudly, repeatedly disparaged mask wearing.
The economic shutdowns were more worker and consumer driven than anything.
Every other industrialized country is subsidizing its workers.
McConnell owns what is unfolding, the bread lines, the evictions, the closing businesses, if he doesn't pass an effective stimulus bill.
Bottom line, the GOP has left an even bigger mess than they did in '08.
