Good Morning Board Members! I really like all
Post# of 4861
I really like all the enthusiasm, and the hard work of reaching out to find information is truly wonderful to behold. However, let me say a few words of caution.
I think we always must add a few words regarding Doctor Dalton, and his need to step up and keep us informed --- the game Dalton has played asking investors to connect the dots has gotten old, and most investors are tired of it now. To put it plainly, Dalton needs to drop the dark and non-reporting BS and start telling us (the shareholders) what we own.
Let me try to put this in perspective. We can get very quickly ahead of ourselves if all we do is dot connecting. We will never really know what we have until Doc finally decides to tell us (revealing the picture). Until then, the dots do not provide a clear picture of what we have. It is like the information Toodles gathered from bioRemedies MD. We know we have a partnership with them, and we are working in conjunction with the University of Maryland, and I confirmed this with an independent source. However, we do not know if the Univec name will be on the product somewhere, we do not know if Univec will get any kind of royalty, and we really don't know what kind of partnership we have with bioRemedies (could bioRemedies be a subsidiary of UNVC either now or some time in the future). Also, will the roll out of product be local, statewide, national, or worldwide. What will be the cost, how will the product be marketed, and will there be multi-use packages, etc.
Will the product be marketed as a supplement or will it be prescribed by a doctor --- this goes to the heart of the FDA approval issue. Right now, we have no idea if Dalton is even trying to get FDA approval, but human clinical trials are a necessary first step. So I suspect Eagleforce and other clinics may be using the patch to treat opioid addiction right now, but I have no proof that they are. If they are doing clinical trials with patients right now, are patients being provided this treatment free of charge --- perhaps by way of a federal grant? This would mean no revenue for the shareholders at least at this time.
I encourage all who can to keep right on digging. The world needs more of those who can. But please remember that we do not know how these fragments fit together, or if they even do. Dalton might get revenue or credits for some of these companies, but that does not mean we as shareholders will. I am not trying to pour cold water on anyone. It is great to finally get information from more than just the chosen few. But one can quickly see dollar signs where only pennies are warranted.
