Most of my family had their sense of taste and smell return slowly over a few weeks time. We still have a few weird instances where something doesn’t smell right, but for the most part things were back to normal after 3 weeks.

I have a brother who is still struggling with this problem. His sense of taste and smell came back a little, but it is not back to normal. We are 5 months out at this point. It seems to be getting worse now. He does not taste much now, and what he can taste doesn’t really taste like it should. We are not sure what we can do for him at this point until we can try leronlimab as a long hauler treatment.
