The Supreme Court will not take up the case involving 2.5 million mail in ballots in PA.
Texas vs GA,MI, PA,WI is still possible.
Why would the Supreme Court take this case. Because all they have to rule on the Constitutionality of what 4 states did. They don't have to decide the election. If there is a order to effect states to resolve issues that are unconstitutional. Then that is on the states not the courts to resolve.
It might come down to those 4 state can't resolve the certification issues. That leave the EC at 232 Trump and 242 Biden. AZ and NV still being questionable.
No candidate would have 270 and it would then go to the House. With each state getting 1 vote.
It also give resolve and mustard for issuing notice of the Insurrection ACT to resolve those issues.
