He's been selling syringes, building Eagle Force, and focusing on Health Resources.
The patch is a 'newer' development. Until now - there wouldn't have been a major retail buyer. Not to mention - a public sentiment that would understand CBD. Much less be open to it's healing properties.
Guys - why are so many of you wanting to pigeon-hole this as some dumb little product?
