The Filipino population will be close to 110 Million by year-end.... that's larger than the combined population of Canada and the UK......Canada and France or......Canada and Italy....Duterte would like nothing better than to get control of the Virus.....his drug policies and his unmasked judicial killings admittedly have not stopped the Meth problem in his country....he needs a WIN in his corner....all that in spite of the fact that 8 out of ten Filipinos agree with his actions.....summary execution is an incredibly brutal way to handle addiction...But, to be completely cynical.....it's a monstrous market in need of help
