And I've got to believe that the SCOTUS law clerks have been assigned by each judge to track the Trump lawyers legal filings and the judicial decisions RE those filings, looking to the day.
First meeting of the 9 judges to consider TX suit.
Roberts: Ok, we've all got the summaries from our clerks let's go around the table. Does TX have standing?
