My question is ...why is everyone paying up to .009 for this stock when the filing says 1.1+ billion shares is offered at .0022. Am I reading this wrong?
This Offering consists of Common Stock (the "Shares" or individually, each a "Share"
that is being offered on a "best efforts" basis, which means that there is no guarantee that any minimum amount will be sold. The Shares are being offered and sold by the Company management and offered through Spencer Clarke LLC who is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). There are 1,136,363,636 Shares being offered at a price of $0.0022 per Share. There is a minimum investment of $5,000 per investor.
