I guess I get it. You don't know what you own, and really don't care. You buy the rumor and sell whenever you can. For many penny stocks (far to many in my opinion) this is all there is --- the rumor of things that may never come and typically do not ever come.
I hope Dalton is better than that, but at this stage with the "goal posts constantly moving" as you say, this could get ugly.
For all those who are not so cynical, I have confirmed the bioRemedies MD and University of Maryland connection. I also confirmed that the Univec patch is part of the research study at UMD. The timeline is the question, and the exact product (likely at least two in development) is another. I suspect we will soon see, any I suspect that will happen soon after the new year --- January or February timeframe.
