when does Congresses term end ? Jan 3rd . That date falls on a Sunday Congress isn't in session. The certification and congress take office on the 6th.
So if he issues a proclamation on the evening of the 1st or 2nd.
What happens? After the 3rd. Technically the congress has no legal authority until sworn in on the 6th. If issued the new congress will not be sworn in on the 6th.
So they basically have 24 hours to resolve the Fraud before the Hammerer comes down.
