I want you to know that I too share your frustration, with the comments and remarks made by the other board. I can assure you along with all of our other stockholders,
that Steven and I are working very hard to build a media company that the world can respect and support.
I believe that Steven is responding to many of these out right blatantly untruths in an effort to protect shareholder value.
Creating a media company is a very difficult thing to do. But anyone can see what has been accomplished in a short period of time. It has been at a record breaking and at a break neck pace. We have increased our households to more that 59 million homes over 38 affiliates, this has made us among the largest TV networks in America, we added our first major cable system in a deal with Jackson State, we have a staff of professional people that are working long hours to make this happen, we broadcast 24 hours 7 days a week, and on top of that we are preparing for the company's very first stockholders meeting to be held in Los Angeles, CA visit http;//punchtv.net for details, so that we might come together to give a vision of what our shareholders of what they can expect in the coming year.
I was raised in South Central Los Angeles, in the hood. One thing you learn very early on the hood, is that there are always haters and sometimes bully's. We learned that if you spend to much time listening to haters, you want be moving forward. As a company we have decided to keep moving. We are aggressively attempting to deal with the bullys on the other board that are trying to drag us down and sometimes we have to debase ourselves to do that.
I has not been easy for us to focus on building the company when we have been in dogfights with people that are telling out right lies and half truths.
But I can assure you that our eyes are on the Punch bowl and we are determined against all odds to grow our brand.
We can use your help if you can call your television provider and demand Punch TV. tell them that "I want my Punch TV" and keep calling until they put us on in your area that will help us grow our company.
I believe with all of my heart that given the time to grow, together we as a team will create a company that we are proud of.
