January 3rd the House and Senate are seated ...
If the "Insurrection Act" is applied January 3rd or before. There is no Pelosi or 435 House members and there is only 67 Senator's and there is no President Elect Biden.
There is The Executive Branch/Judicial Branch/Military and a lamb duck Senate. The CIA,FBI,DOJ and swamp can then be drained.
Trump can then call for new elections in 120 days. More like Jan 2nd 2021 being the next scheduled date. So more like 300 days. However the Insurrection act has no time line.
There is absolutely NOTHING the Congress, Pelosi or Biden can do. To do so is Treason....and that is where the Kraken, Powell, Durham and Barr at the DOJ come into play. If the trigger is pulled.
What's the chances. I'd say by the 14th 99.9%
