The Constitution is too far over their heads to deal on that level like a fish out of water. I think most of these legislators don't want to be seen as pushing the Governors around plus when it comes down to it most dislike Trump anyways. Look at both parties they all want to survive this election fiasco. Look at what all or most of the Senators were saying about Trumps possibility of becoming the president...they all laughed and said he will never be president. The damn stigma around Trump would have been so much less after his first year in office if he would have ceased some of the things he says and acts on. I don't even think Hawks could compete bad mouthing Biden as Trump has. Far too much mud thrown and although it probably isn't true but I really don't care...Biden made it look as if he didn't even need to leave the basement to win the election. So split voting did happen but the off balance tactics or election screw ups are true too so this need to be dealt with but what state dares to really raise their hand back up and be counted after the damn camera is off.

Yes this all sucks and my buddy Trump still won't clamp it.
